The casual warm interiors of the 350 square foot Emerald Tower are a contemporary interpretation of art deco design. The shuttered windows add to the cheery environment along with the custom designed furniture and whimsical fabrics. Each room features a ceramic tile bath and two queen beds. Rooms in the 690 room tower are accessible by a separate elevator core, or via the main elevators that lead to the Grand Tower.

The 446 square foot Grand Tower Deluxe rooms have been redesigned as though a hotel guest were staying in a studio bungalow of their favorite MGM Studio's movie star. Consistently art deco in feeling, the rooms have two schemes named after the two most famous MGM stars of the 30's and 40's: Clark Gable and Jean Harlow. The Gable scheme features dark woods, textured wall coverings and massive masculne furniture. The Harlow scheme highlights blonde woods, platinum metallic accents, and a curvilinear chaise lounge and desk. The artwork in the rooms depict studio shots of classic MGM stars, the famous MGM lion, and glamour shots of more recent MGM stars adorned in 40's attire to represent the Golden Age of Hollywood. These rooms are available with one king bed or two queens. Rooms with king beds are also furnished with a unique chaise lounge in the sitting area. All deluxe rooms are accessorized with an armoire with granite tables, 27 inch television, a safe, alarm clock with radio, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, luggage rack, extra pillows, as well as a beautiful white Italian marble bathroom and combination shower/tub.
